Irthna provides a platform that connects heritage property owners with donors and verified restorers. We facilitate crowdfunding campaigns for restoration projects, process donations through Stripe, and track project progress through milestones.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting projects or making donations. Project owners must ensure they have the legal right to restore the property and that all submitted information is truthful. Donors must ensure they have authorization to use their payment methods.

All projects are subject to review and approval by our admin team. We reserve the right to reject projects that do not meet our standards or violate these terms. Project owners will be notified of approval or rejection decisions.

Donations made through our platform are final and non-refundable. All donations are processed securely through Stripe. By making a donation, you acknowledge that funds will be used for the stated restoration project.

Irthna charges a service fee of 3-4% on all donations to support platform operations, payment processing, and maintenance. This fee is included in the total amount you pay and is clearly displayed before you complete your donation.

Project owners retain ownership of their project content and images. By submitting a project, owners grant Irthna a license to display and promote their project on the platform. Donors and restorers do not acquire any ownership rights in projects through their participation.

Irthna acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the execution of restoration projects, the quality of work performed by restorers, or delays in project completion. We make reasonable efforts to verify restorers but do not guarantee their work.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
